Brand new o I am a hair stylist and bought these from Salon Centric. The pulp riot is a dark navy blue almost black semi-permant color. Its a fashion color and doesn't need a developer. I decided to do a different color with my hair( included directions for the color) Dont want to go through the hassel of returning
