Eevee prize plush from Eievui and Flowers lottery in Japan. Unfortunately this one was not in the best condition, as it was picked up for me from a second hand store. But it's still adorable, soft, and somewhat on the rarer side. I have recently purchased another one in better condition. Only really trying to recover what I paid for him.
