This is a multicolored paisley print dress with a cinched in waist, and a functional zipper on the top portion. It is from PinkBlush Maternity labeled as a tunic, but I have always worn it as a sundress. I have never been pregnant, but I know a lot of ladies like the easy zipper access while breastfeeding. (I used to work customer service there). It is a size small and runs true to size.
