What waist and chest measurement can this fit?

@cali05ch I’m moving so I’m not sure where my measuring tape is, I’ll find it soon but in the meantime I posted Sabo skirts size chart on the last picture! The top part fits a little loose, fits more like a small, and the waist will fit true to size, x-small :)
