This is a basic, solid black halter top. Soft & lightweight. I would not consider this material to be quality. NWOT. The tag says XL, but this is definitely not true to size. This shirt appears to fit as a Medium, with stretch a large. It does look like it could accommodate a larger bust. I’m listing this as Large because that’s the happy medium between tag size and appearance.
