Sterling Silver/18K White Topaz Prism Ring. This ring features a 7x7mm cushion cut White Topaz stone in the center that is prong set in Sterling Silver. It is accented with Sterling Silver Caviar design and 18K Gold beading on either side of the stone. This ring measures 7mm from top to bottom. This ring depicts the Lagos logo on the inside of the shank as well as the "925" and "750". It is a size seven ring is new no ware open to trades. Ring is sizeable. No original pouch or box tv sale price

U can either take it to Bloomingdales or a jewlery store to have it resized This one is a size 7
