elizabethanarch Yeah no problem. They are meant to get your body in the fat burning mode and they are targeted toward your abdomen so they do feel warm on your body and you're supposed to sleep with them overnight and take them off in the morning. Sometimes they stick a little bit but I always just get them wet and they come right off. They work really well for me I use them almost every night and step were when I'm on vacation. They work really good.
