r_wiedmaierHi if you create a new listing for the hello kitty dress with this skirt and price it high until I like it then drop it down I will buy it. The low shipping didn't work last time because the items have to be reduced 10% from the lowest ever marked price. So if you want to create a new listing price it at whatever and drop it to $15 after I like it I will buy it.
