@c_edge hi! They are I believe 5 or 6 inches tall..they do not suffocate your foot by being too tight which is nice but they are fitted enough..I wore them all night but I had gotten those Gel inserts for heels..put one on my heel more for a barrier and they were amazing!

@c_edge I wear 7.5/8 as well, depending on the shoe..I did try these on in. 7.5 but the top part made lines on my feet at the store so I opted for the 8 and they worked out great :) if you have any other questions or concerns, don't hesitate to ask!
