Does this fit like a 16 or 18?

@geojarvis oh gosh I am not sure it's stretchy at the waist. When I wore it I was an 18 and it fit fine but I have a bigger chest so it was a tiny bit tight. I think it would fit either

I am bigger thru the hips, so my concern is that area. :)
Couple of questions: do you accept Paypal? Discount with bundles? And do you have any other dress you are going to list?

@geojarvis I think u will be fine in the hips. I do take Paypal and I do give 20% off discounts on posh as long as it is not over 2lbs but if it is on pp it doesn't matter how much u buy. I don't have anymore dresses at the moment to put up
