c3watchman Ok yes it's platinum overlay sterling so its stamped 925. You can verify by jeweler and return if they say otherwise. I know absolute without a doubt they will say platinum overlay but I will put that on the invoice for your peace of mind!!

I hope I didn't throw it away because I was planning to keep this set for myself. I will give you peace of mind by guaranteeing your money back if you take to jeweler and they say its anything other than what I described. Also I'm leaving for the beach today until Thursday evening. I may see if a friend will ship it for me so you won't have to wait!!!
