hotsouthernmess @julieanna the soles are soft on the inside an lightly padded , these fit like a perfect six maybe a little on the snug side of a six , I wear five and a half to six but always a six in ballet flats 💐hope this helps I would rather u love ur items than sell u something u don't like

julieanna Thank you. I need a lot of padding plus if they are snug on you and you wear a 5 1/2 to 6 then they will be tight on me for sure. I wonder if I should get a 6 1/2 in flats? I've never bought them before, other than here.

hotsouthernmess @julieanna yea probably whatever size ur wear in heels then a half size bigger for the flats I will say that every pair I own have put a blister on my foot at first then after u wear them in once or twice they will become softer and not hurt you anymore also try to find some with elastic in the back that might help also coach flats have lots of padding even my gma loves them
