Solace London Cream Off-Shoulder Mini Dress

Elegant off-shoulder mini dress. Features dramatic puff sleeves. Perfect for special occasions. This dress is a European size 8, US size 4. But it DOES NOT run true to size. It was the last one in the US and Europe so it was taken out at the bust. I am 124 pounds, 5’2” and a 34C bust. I would only purchase if you are the same measurement or smaller.
