Sol & Sea Dress See pictures for measurements Stretchy waist Ruffles on the bottom 3/4 length sleeves with elastic at the bottom very lightweight Has tags attached but no size or material on it. Attached tag has Sol and Sea but there is a Cable & Gage tag also attached but I can't find a correlation between the two brands. It fits like a size 7/8 and is super cute. Brand new condition
