Soft surroundings, made in India tunic

This is lovely turquoise soft Surroundings tunic is a size medium. Three-quarter length sleeves with a ruffle as well as a ruffle around the hem. 32 inches in length from shoulder, and 20.5 inches pit to pit. The lovely, turquoise, white and orange contemporary trim makes this beautiful top pop! There is one spot on the back note pictures, and I opted not to spot clean for fear it would circle. I do believe that could be tried first… Therefore this top is priced accordingly. Probably polyester with a cotton thread trim.
