Soft maroon LOVE blouse

This long-sleeved, velour-like top is an eye- catcher! Bell sleeves, it is comfortable and dressy at the same time. Tag says XL, really fits more like a medium size. Front, mid length is 20", back mid length is 23". Bust is 21" pit to pit (Does that mean 42" bust?) From top of the shoulder sleeves are 25" long.
