Hi, what are the measurements horizontally pit to pit and vertically shoulder seam to front of hem? Also fabric content, and is the hem banded? Thank you!

Pit to pit is about 24. Shoulder to hem is about 30. Not sure what you mean by banded. The bottom edge is machine hemmed. Fabric is polyester, machine washable. Thanks!
