Soft black suede button up skirt

Very soft suede-like material. Very cute 90's style. Size is XL, but this is a smaller running XL so I honestly feel like a Large could get away with wearing it.. but i also believe it could fit a 2x because it allows a little stretch....So basically because of the special circumstances, I think a Large, XL & 2X could wear it.
