Soft Surroundings off-the-shoulder maxi dress

This is a summer party/date dress! Soft and flowy with angel wing sleeves. Elastic front bodice. Stretches 20" from pit to pit and is intended for a close fit. Elastic around the neckline lets sleeves push down over the shoulders. The background fabric color is less gold and more green-gold than I have been able to capture in the photo. A rich, muted chartreuse. Fabric is 93% rayon and 7% spandex.
