Soft Surroundings Livia bolero jacket in size 1X. Beautiful boho style embroidery all over the front and sleeves with various vibrant patterns throughout. It has shoulder pads. I'm unsure if the shoulder pads were added or if it originally came with them. The shell is 100% cotton and the embroidery is 100% rayon. Approximate flat lay measurements are shown in the photos.
