This is a Soft Surroundings Cotton Dress or Cover-Up that is a size Small. It is 100% Cotton. It has tropical fish and coral all over it. It has little pom-poms around the neckline and small red beads around the bottom hem. It is very beachy. Laying flat, it measures: Armpit to armpit-19.5" and the length is 36.5". It is in great condition. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem. I measure pit to pit laying flat for the Armpit to armpit measurement. This is for both our benefits so there will be no hassle of returns for not fitting. Thank you in advance.
