This is a beautiful black and brown Duster by Soft Surroundings. It is new with tags and retails for $180. It is 90% Polyester and 10% Wool. It has pockets and ties in the front. There is a nice black satiny trim around it. Laying flat, it measures: Armpit to armpit-18.5" and the length is 39". It is a Petite XS. It is very soft.
