Soft Surroundings Blue White Plaid Button-Up Top-Medium/Petite

This is a Soft Surroundings Blue and White Plaid Button-Up Tunic Top that is a size Medium/Petite. It is 60% Cotton and 40% Rayon. It has a couple of pulls in the fabric(see Pics). Laying flat, it measures: Armpit to armpit-20.5" and the length is 27.5". Very pretty piece and in good condition other than the pulls.
