Soft Floral Cowl Neck Sleeveless Top

Floral cowl neck sleeveless top, size S. Soft material with shades of purple flowers. Really pretty. I can't locate the size tag or maker. See pictures for measurements. It does have stretch to it. The top has a little square weight to keep the neckline down for the cowl neck look. See the last picture. In pretty good condition!
