Based on my research, this listing is a vintage item from a fashion brand named "By Carling of Paris" or simply "Carling," which was particularly active in the 1970s and 1990s. Scalloped and ribbed knit sleeves, collar, and all the way down to the hem. Front tie string closure (with pom poms, too!). Fabric/size tag is not available. Soft mohair feel knit texture.
