Are the sleeves peasant or just regular? Can't tell from photo. TIA

They're regular just a little looser fitting but it does have a cuff at the bottom of the sleeve where it cinches a little around the wrist, but not a whole, whole lot! The overall fit of the top is loose and comfy!
