Sofft Boot is manmade material with the look of patent leather. The color is a dark taupe or brown in appearance. Both heels are scuffed as seen in last picture. Soles are good, no breaks in the upper boot material. Usually when I have this happen to my heels from driving, I color them in with permanent marker in a matching color. I didn't want to do that because I didn't want to hide any imperfections. I have priced them inexpensively because the heels are marred. Size 9
