So Wear It Declare It was a teen fashion brand that used to be sold at retailers like Kohl’s and Target. Despite clean lines and good workmanship, it appears the brand is discontinued. This is one of its many pieces still out there, offered secondhand. Yes, these jeans have been gently worn. Np stains. No pulls. No scraps. No cuts or tears. No spots. They are very nice all around. While I generally dislike beading, these are nicely done. See photos. They come from a pet-free, pest-free, smoke-free, air-filtered home. To gauge the condition and wear to date, look at the cuff area of the legs--very clean, no wear. Minimal use.
