Snullo Men's rain jacket Light grey/black Size large NWT I believe this is a rain jacket. The tag doesn't indicate if it is water-resistant or water-proof. There is a velcro close over the zipper, and velcro closures at the sleeve. Snap pockets. Measurements: Pit to pit: 23" Sleeve: 24" Shoulder to shoulder 18" Nape to hem: 28" I purchased this as part of a liquidation lot of Amazon returns. After inspection, this item appears to be a brand new item with tags and with no defects. My home is pet-free/smoke-free.
