Comes in the box, instructions and Snowbabies booklet The red nose blinks on and off as it should, may need new cell batteries (not included) Ornament is in nice pre-owned condition - box has s few creases and the Styrofoam inside the box has some wear Approx. 4 1/2" long - the red ornament on the bottom unscrews and there's a button to push to make the nose glow red Very cute!
