Now, when NASA invited Snoopy along for the Apollo 11 Project...we all wanted to go with him, right? We sure did! This commemorative ORIGINAL 1969 Snoopy pin was a unique creation by United Features in honor of Apollo. He has his helmet, astronaut outfit with oxygen, all to help him, help the crew of the Apollo flight. He does show expected wear on his helmet from his time up in space, but he is a lovely, wonderful historical pin from that time period. He made NASA proud! The pin on the back closes snugly.
