Sno Skins velour jacket, blazer, vintage‎

This jacket/blazer is vintage and in great preowned condition. It is brown velour with a decorative panel of little bows around the edges of the collar, down the front edges and around the hemline. The bows show some wear as they are frayed out. It has 2 metal O shaped rhinestone rings on the front with ribbon ties. You can tie it or leave it open.
