Snap brand sundress Size 3

Colorful sundress with attached black belt tie. Ruffled scallop cups that are lined. Straps are adjustable. There is a crinoline type lining underneath to help it poof a bit. There was an eyelet closure at the top, but part is missing as seen in photos. p2p is 14 inches Length about 23 depending on strap adjustment.
