Smudge & Flow kit

I’m super excited to share my very first prototype for the smudge and flow kit! I’ve given these as gifts to many people over the years, and been hit with, “Thank you, I love it! What are the sticks for?”💖 This reiki infused bundle includes a sage to cleanse the energy of your space, whether you are about to meditate, practice yoga, or just want create a new vibration, selenite to create calm and protect your own energy, and Palo Santo, also known as holy wood, lit for 30 seconds and swirled around the body to reset the nervous system.
