Smoochie Pooch Harness Dress for a small dog

Size M. Fit my 13 pound Shih tzu. Freshly washed but does have some debris in the velcro that I could not remove. I have included a photo. My little pup received the most compliments when we used these harnesses. These were our favorite style because they are easy to put on a wiggly dog and they have a place to secure a leash.
