The sweet Peter Pan collar is trimmed in a dainty scalloped lace that is attached by hand faggoted stitches (high-end detail). The short puff sleeves are banded at the hem and have a matching scalloped lace. Sleeves can be turned up for a sweet cuff or worn down for a different look.The mid to upper bodice is smocked with a gorgeous accordion design with lattice design done in white embroidery.
