Smocked Pinwheels Size 3 Dress (NWT)

Fully lined with yellow button closure on the shoulders. Fabric is green micro-check. Piping feature on outer smocked piece. Could be worn on cooler springs day with a peter pan collar under it. Well made. I have two of these for sisters, cousins or special friends.
