This Baby Boy's Blue Smocked Romper is a Classic! The Peter Pan collar and sleeve cuffs have hand-faggoting (high-end stitch found on heirloom clothing). The smocked bodice features diamond shaped embroidery. A small lattice design is done in a blue embroidery and a white chevron design borders the top and bottom of the smocked panel. 5 diamond shapes spaced evenly across the smocking, are done in French bullion knots. A matching piping trims the top and bottom of the smocked panel. 4 pleats start at the bottom of the smocking and fall to the elastic in the leg openings. A 3 snap inseam makes for easy changes.
