This Will'beth smocked Float Dress in size 18 Months is Precious! What makes this piece so special is the two layers. The dress has a gorgeous soft muted look (which Will'beth is known for) from the top layer of white Voile that overlays the pink slip. Pink ribbon roses and green leaves are hand-sewn within the smocking. The entire neckline is smocked and the embroidery design wraps around the neck as well as the floral ribbon details. The long sleeves gather with elastic leaving a ruffle that has a scalloped edge trimmed in pink embroidery. Pink feather stitch embroidery is done near the neckline that is trimmed in white piping. A triple row of Chevron design embroidery borders the gathers of the dress.The skirt has 7 rows of pink tucks above the hemline with a French tuck above that. The hem line has a scalloped edge trimmed in pink embroidery.The back has an upper button closure.
