This Will'beth smocked Float Dress in size 2 is Precious! What makes this piece so special is the two layers. The dress has a gorgeous soft muted look (which Will'beth is known for) from the top layer of white Voile that overlays the blue slip. Blue Bullion roses and green leaves are hand-sewn within the smocking. The entire neckline is smocked and the embroidery design wraps around the neck as well as the floral embrodiery. The long sleeves gather with elastic leaving a ruffle. The neckline is trimmed in white piping. A double row of chain stitch embroidery borders the gathers of the dress.
