BRAND NEW | NEVER WORN Super cute and very comfortable summer dress. Runs a bit large, smocked bodice with shirring beneath. Adjustable straps. I bought this online and it didn't come with any tags. I only wore it to try it on. I'm typically an 18/20 and this was a bit on the large side for me. From a non-smoking home.
