Sml Joanne Miller Rafferty Framed Abstract Mixed Media Watercolor Painting 1976

Excellent condition - very slight wear to the frame. There are some extremely light scratches on the metal that you can see if the light hits it right. The painting measures 6 1/2" x 4 3/4". It is on a matte in a slightly larger frame - the frame measures 8 1/4" x 6 1/4". The painting is signed J.M. Rafferty and has a quote from Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe. It appears to be done in different paint types - possibly watercolor with oil layered on top.
