Smiley face happy dress Destiny

The happiest dress you’ll ever see filled with smiley faces. Keyhole front. Sleeves have ties. The tag on the inside reads Destiny. It’s possible this dress was homemade and is somewhat vintage by looking at the fabric which I believe is polyester. It’s considered a maxi dress and is very slender. It’s super cute and waiting to be worn. Please see measurements I’m estimating to be about a size 6. The fabric has a slight stretch.
