Smiley Face Pants

Pastel pink Lazy Oaf Happy Sad pants. High waisted & pleated. Unisex. Says size 30 but the waist is around 28”. I’m not sure if the previous owner dried them and they shrank or what. The waistband does have a little stretch, but I’d still put these around a 4-6. See measurements and sizing guide in photos). GUC.
