mmanyc8 @traceyclaxto660 added two photos of the back. There is no label anywhere except for the brand pictured [vintage Swiss made], but it is definitely genuine leather/suede. It was made long enough ago that synthetics for this type of European made jacket weren't so widely used, plus there's still that bit of suede scent you'll recognize.
