The Smarty S03 Tuner CaTCHER Software is specifically designed for use with Dodge 24V vehicles equipped with Cummins 5.9L engines from 1998.5 to 2002. The Left Plastic Latch on the Plastic Case does not lock. ( See Photo #4) Overalll Cosmetic Condition of the tuner is Good. Buyer is responsible for ensuring the tuner is used in accordance with all applicable laws. PLEASE NOTE: I have no way to test whether the unit powers up or is fully functional, as it draws power through the vehicle’s OBD II port. That said, I purchased this item as working and in good faith. Instances where I’ve received an item that doesn’t work are very rare.
