NWT Smartwool pull on skirt in neutral black. Great for additional layer over leggings for hiking or around town. Can be worn fall through spring depending on your location. I bought it last season and never wore it as it ended up not fitting after having a baby. I like pull on aspect since their zipper ones always unzip on me when I try them on and walk.
