Smartwatch Bluetooth enabled, similar to Fitbit. Compatible with Android phones. Monitors blood pressure, heart rate, calories burned, number of steps, sleep patterns, sedentary reminder, multi-language, water-resistant IP67 (not sure what it means but it's on box). can help you find your lost phone & many other things but I don't have enough room to list them all. I'm selling this because I'm used to wearing gold colored watches & I can't get used to this black on my wrist. Refunds accepted
