darsh4000 @eliselovesmrd this watch is generic not Samsung gear or Apple Watch, if you want to use it as phone you need to order 2G SIM card. This watch it’s helping on outgoing/incoming call notification for message steps counting.

crmack13 We received the watches but I would like to discuss a problem and hopefully figure out a way to resolve before accepting order. After charging one of the watches would not power on. I switched the battery from the working watch to the one that would not power on and we found it wasn't the watch but the battery that isnt functional. I tried that battery as well into watch #1 that came on and nothing. No power. What should we do? can this be fixed?
