Small Vintage Rhinestone Hand Brooch Coro Style

Small vintage brooch in the shape of a hand. With a rhinestone ring and red rhinestone details. Painted in a tan skin color. I have seen this listed as unsigned Katz by coro but I don’t believe that true be true. It’s just extremely similar to the one they made. It still has original stones and pin back works. It’s just got some of skin color wearing off in spots. Refer to pics.
